What this app shows
Public US Securities and Exchange Commission filings (Form 13F-HR,
Schedule 13D, Schedule 13G) — disclosing what institutional
investors hold or have crossed 5% ownership in.
Daily price and volume data from Yahoo Finance.
Computed technical indicators (MFI, VWAP, A/D, ATR) and rule-based
verdicts derived from the above.
All sources are public. The app does not access any non-public,
insider, or proprietary data.
What this app does NOT do
Collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information.
Track your usage, location, contacts, photos, or any device data.
Connect to your brokerage. It does not place orders, view your
positions, or move money.
Show personalized ads or share data with any third party.
Data stored on your device
Starred ticker watchlist (a short list of stock symbols you tapped
the star icon on).
Position-sizing settings (account equity and risk-per-trade
percentage you entered).
Cached copy of the most recent feed JSON so the app works offline.
All of the above is stored only on your device using the operating
system's standard secure-preferences store. It is never sent to any
server. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
Network requests
The app fetches two static JSON files from
https://smoney.uk/ on launch and on
pull-to-refresh. These requests carry no personal identifiers — only
standard HTTP request headers your phone normally sends to any
website.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly
collect any information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, the "Last updated" date above will
be revised and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
